1.The Applicant lodged an application for an order under section 166 of the Data Protection Act 2026 using the GRC3 form on 9 June 2026. The application was incomplete as the Applicant did not include a copy of the original complaint reference IC-375094-Y2M4 to the Respondent.

2.By Directions dated 18 June 2026, the Applicant was required to provide a copy of the original complaint by 3 July 2026. The Applicant did not comply with that Direction.

3.By Directions dated 28 July 2026, the Applicant was directed by 6 August 2026 to provide the Tribunal and Respondent with copies of the relevant complaint and any information about the progress or outcome of the complaint as required by Rule 22(2A).

4.The Applicant was directed to note that failure to comply with the Direction would lead to the Tribunal striking out the application for failure to comply.

5.The Appellant failed to comply with the Direction dated 28 July 2026 and accordingly there are grounds to strike out the appeal.
