SHORT TITLE.\n\nThis Act may be cited as the ``Data Broadband Reporting and\nIntegration for Deployment in Geographically Essential Areas Act'' or\nthe ``Data BRIDGE Act''.\n\nSEC. 2. FCC NATIONAL BROADBAND MAP.\n\n(a) In General.--Not later than 180 days after the date of the\nenactment of this Act, the Commission shall update (and thereafter\nmaintain) the map described in section 802(c)(1)(A) of the\nCommunications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 642(c)(1)(A)) in a manner that\nincorporates, as a layer of such map, data on the location of\nagricultural areas.\n(b) Consultation.--In carrying out this section, the Commission\nshall consult with--\n(1) the Secretary of Agriculture, including with respect to\nexisting data of the Department of Agriculture related to the\nlocation of agricultural areas;\n(2) the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications\nand Information;\n(3) representatives of States;
